In June 2024, at Click Live Expo, the photography show held at NAEC Stoneleigh in Coventry, UK, where we were exhibiting, our atelier met Lindsay Adler (@lindsayadler_photo), the New York fashion and beauty photographer, one of the most respected names in international photography and the event's headline guest. That meeting started a collaboration that brought Sartoria Partenopea's maternity gowns in front of her lens and, through her channels, to photographers all over the world.
The red Céline gown starring in a glamour maternity shoot
For the video "Crafting a Glamorous Maternity Session", published on her YouTube channel and followed by photographers worldwide, Lindsay Adler chose our Céline gown in red. The atelier is mentioned and tagged in the video: a recognition that confirms the quality of tailoring designed from the start for the lens of great photographers.

Made for the light
Every gown from the atelier is the work of Emilia Onza, designer, pattern maker and seamstress, who oversees each stage: drawing, pattern, cutting and sewing. Before reaching photographers, each creation is tested in our photo studio under different lights, to check colour rendering and how the fabric follows the body and returns the light. The red of the Céline gown was chosen this way: full and deep even under strong lighting and saturated backdrops.
Our creations are one size, designed for every mother: the result of over ten years of experience on photo sets in many countries.

The collaboration went beyond the video: Lindsay Adler chose more gowns from the atelier for her workshops, where photographers from around the world could see and photograph them in person. Some of this work is on our Instagram profile @sartoria_partenopea.
